No idea. I haven't played CIV in a long long time. This mod only edits XML so it should work unless something has changed significantly in the game.

If you like this mod, and I know you will, there is another mod to add to this. It is called Better promotions in vanilla. That mod adds promotions to carriers to increase the number of units you can transport per ship. I don't know the upper limit. I am sure if you have a caravel upgraded a few times you can take a swordsman, a settler, and a worker to start a new settlement on some remote island. Remember that this mod makes all ships carriers.

This mod does what should have originally been done, and really opens back up the naval side of war. This should be the number one mod on the workshop page, as others here have iterated. Thanks!

This mod is a Titanic benefit to the Civilization V community. I used to always have a sinking feeling when I'd go to war as England, but no longer. I cannot sea why this mod isn't the most popular mod on the Workshop page. This mod really floats my boat.

Not right now, and probally not ever, cause I don't play civ5 much anymore and have never gone back and improved this mod.
