Increased Zoom Mod

A mod that allows increased zooming in and out on both strategic and tactical maps.

Note that this mod is a WIP(!), as zooming out too far results in issues such as shadows, trees, and buildings disappearing -- along with fog of war issues. Will have to tweak some more, especially in regards to LOD. You may even notice a bit of this issue on the edges of your tactical map in-battle, if you are zoomed out as much as possible and scroll around. Will work on this -- this mod is meant as a stop-gap until an update on my end, or someone improves upon it.

I however hope that I found a decent middle-ground with the current zoom-out level (without incurring too many graphical errors), giving the player a bit more situational awareness.
