THIS MOD HAS NEW KEYBINDS SO YOU SHOULD PROBABLY LOOK AT THE CONTROLS!!!!!

coming up with a hook is hard. please play the mod


Hijinks is a content mod with a bunch of silly (mostly) stuff, including:
251 items, including unique and Cool weapons and armor sets
29 little creatures, who (for the most part) will stop at nothing to see you dead
5 bosses (see former for a description)
7 mini-bosses (see former for a description)
Whajersghkasgherj (do not see)
7 original music tracks, manifested by yours truly (me)
Several additions to world generation
A rework to dashing as a mechanic

COOL TIPS TO BE COOL AND DIE LESS
Generate at least a medium-sized world!!
Coin drops are decreased and monster spawns are increased by default. This can be disabled in the config
Mana Flower doesn't automatically use mana potions while equipped; this can also be disabled in the config
Most enemies have a chance to drop unique loot, so get to slaying
You can also backflip too, which will help you get out of or into danger
Oh yeah also dashing prevents you from being hit by enemies but not projectiles

Hijinks is not currently finished and extends only to right before the Wall of Flesh.

it gives immunity to contact damage but not projectiles. if you dash into a "projectile" and take no damage then that means it didn't do any damage to begin with or it's not actually a projectile (like goblin sorcerer's chaos balls)

How does the Dash Mechanic actually work???

For me it's quite inconsistent, since sometimes I dash towards an incoming attack or projectile and actually pass through it with no problem, but other times I just straight up faceplant into it and take damage.

Love the mod, definitely hard in the beginning with all the new enemies and high spawn rates but the added items make it fun and in combination with other mods cool aswell. personally added it to my new calamity run and its been hilarious :)

also I think I still had the platform flowers spawning after I got the repellent

Please, I beg you, add a way to stop the visages of Whajersghkasgherj from spawning, they are honestly so annoying to deal with
