Adds special forces armor from the SWAT & RIOT PACK mod without cars and weapons to the game. I corrected the texture of the pants and made 3d shoes, also adjusted the protection indicators of some clothes

Thanks for making this. Needed as I am customising a 10 years later setup and the mods for making the cars overgrown doesn't do anything for the swat vehicles
