FYI im really really new to modding, this is only my 2nd mod and i had to do a lot of learning, with the help of Da Modding Den. If i made some mistake, or you have a suggestion for me to make this mod better, PLEASE let me know, just don't be rude and don't request something unnecessary, this is just a mod to make Zheng Shih a cool vampire lady again. (she was already a cool lady, but now she's a cool vampire lady!)

When Yin Yin returned to the workshop i was super excited, but then i saw that Zheng Shih, the vampire Pirate Admiral in charge of the Dead Flag Fleet was robbed of her vampirism (though i love the new design).

so i decided to make a mod to re-vampirize her
nothing visual has changed.
she has the following changes:

1) has been given the Lore of Vampires (with some changes, has a couple lore of deep spells mixed in)

2) Aura of dark Majesty and dark pact replace "will of the dragons" and another skill, in the top row

3) has been given an extra skill chain in her seccond row, starting with "the hunger" but goes into vampire/pirate related buffs, pluss a yang spell "jade shield"

4) Gave her "strength of Yang" in her top row.

5) moved excellent administrator and astute general, to the top row

6) updated her innate capabilities with: Aquatic, undead, causes fear, (small aquatic specifically), Battle Harmony Yang, encourage (fyi she also has a harmony amplifier of %150),

7) changed her Ai usage type to melee mage. before she was a high value melee

minor notes: she and the male pirate lord were not available to vampire coast in custom battle so i added them, BUT i could not figure out how to make all these campaign changes effect her in custom battle she will only have her attributes, and none of the lores. however I did change it so she can be saved in campaign, so you can load her as you had her, in custom battle, rather then using the default (fyi you will also be able to load and purchase her services in other campaigns if you did save her, so that's fun)

so been a hot minute since i last updated this mod. still gona be a bit though.
im not great with modding, i dont know what exactly is causing some of the changes to not actually work, and since then the game has had many patches, ontop of the dlc coming soon-ish
so for now im leaving this mod untouched untill after the next dlc

Hi, I really like the idea of this mod since it sucks that Zheng Shih isn't a spellcaster in the base mod.

However, when testing I noticed she doesn't start with The Hunger and there's no skill to give it to her. From the description I gather there's supposed to be one and it's supposed to precede the Forger/Poacher/Smuggler/Arsonist skills, but unless I'm going mad, it's just not there. The first skill in that new skill group is Forger.

@ago339 Well, I guess I'm lucky I never read it so I can completely spare you my sickeningly personal retribution in the form of grouchy, badmannered, foul-mouthed and rude replies, so we both save time and keep our karmas in check :)

Ok so deleted my previous comment @sigmars_disciple because i was sick, grouchy, and rude when i wrote it, but now im feeling better and i just tested the mod,

so good news to everyone the mod seems to actually still be working! like wow wtf? how is that even possible!
anyways yea as far as i can tell this does not need to be updated as of patch 5.02 works completely which should mean all previous versions of the game is good with this mod too!

Hey @ago339 I agree with you that users spamming "update plz" as if it's their personal "ToDo list" or because they're OCD about an exclamation mark is very rude towards modders and users. Reports like "not working" with no additional info even more so. There's an extremely selfish attitude and that's the wrong approach. But I gotta say your reaction certainly didn't help other, less annoying ppl visiting since. Even if you don't play the game right now at all smth like "3 weeks ago when I played everything was fine" would be so much more useful.

I do think, whatever the current version is, a modder must know whether their mod is at least "safe to use" in a campaign. Almost 2 months later, we're on 4.2.3 (tomorrow I believe 5.0) and I still have the same question. ;)

Could you clarify, please? As annoying as people might be, myself included... <3

im surprised people liked this? its not balanced at all and very niche
look i haven't been playing total war lately but ill try to make time to check if its still working (since people just saying "update" doesn't mean its broken ironically.
(if its not working just say that. some of yall demand updates just because you see the yellow triangle in the default mod manager. its not telling at all.)
