The map takes 30 seconds/1 minute to load completely, so does the collision so give it time. Do not move, jump or duck while it's loading or you will fall into void.
Becasue of the high amount of details, it may lag on some computers. Setting the gmod.exe process to high priority and host_timecale 0.3 helps.

Type kill to respawn if a minute passes and still don't see anything.
