Much Cleaner Sound Replacement for the M16, MK4 MOD 0 Assault Rifles, CAR-15 Carbine and M656 Marksman Rifle

Changes include:

- Modified firing sounds, including distant variants
- Modified reload foley (magazine replacement and chambering)
- Modified M203 sounds (firing, foley)

The old ones were me experimenting with Generation Zero sounds, they were pretty awful to be honest..
I'm trying to make them sound more consistent, and I'm also adding the M656 and MK4 MOD 0.

Awww before today's update the firing sound was so good. Could you maybe make an individual one with the old firing sound?
