Artificial Panspermia

描述
This mod adds a new technology called "Artificial Panspermia" that will allow you to reassess the habitability of Barren and Toxic worlds within your space, potentially marking them as Terraforming Candidates.

Compatible with everything. This is a feature originally bundled with my "Better Terraforming Candidates" mod, which has otherwise been made obsolete by patch 3.5.

@wolfbat_Borgia Not that I've seen. In fact, every time I've tried to use the decision on Venus, it completely fails. But, like the description in the screenshot says, its more likely to work on smaller planets and less likely to work on larger ones.

Does this mod have; "Oh no, our Artificial Panspermia Project on Venus reacted with some unknown bacteria that we were completely unaware of" - Result; 'Nasty unknown bacterias' gained as a planet modifier ...?

ok this mods seems pretty cool, i'll lyk if there any problems that occur during gameplay :)))
