IV Bag+

Adds some additional functionality to IV Bag to make it a bit more interesting!

- Whenever you use IV Bag, there's a 5% chance that it spawns a random blood-themed pedestal item, draining itself in the process.

- The pedestal item can be any of the following:
-- Blood Bag
-- Blood Clot
-- Blood Bombs
-- Hypercoagulation
-- Haemolacria
-- Bloody Lust
-- Lusty Blood
-- Bloody Gust
-- Anemic
-- Mom's Pad
-- Blood Puppy

- After that, the IV Bag becomes temporarily useless, but it can be restored by picking up hearts while at full health.

- Double hearts have a 50% chance to refill the bag, normal-sized hearts have a 25% chance, and half hearts have a 12.5% chance.
