3rd building of the Tropical Cities Collection, inspired by this beautiful condo in Lima, Peru.

The pack contains 5 high-density corner residential growables and ploppables on all levels. All have A, I, S and 1024x1024 textures.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION

“Tropical Cities” is inspired by the best contemporary architecture made in tropical countries. It's all about large balconies, permeable facades, gardens, swimming pools and other spaces designed to enjoy hot, sunny days.

The assets will form a cohesive whole for a large tropical city that is both ideal and realistic.

@Madhollander even though i am very late. If you have a Building style for a area other building styles get demolished and rebuild if zoned

Maybe some mod bug or game update? This is a simple asset with no special features that could cause problems :-o

Whenever i plop this it gets build, people move in and then the building just dissapears.
Is there in game dependency ?
Does it need a specific theme of something ?

will check that out with RICO. The CS2 comment was just to say how good you have it made imagine if you could do this for cs2 that would be epic looking. With the mod stuff i hope they use same editors and harmony stuff then people could easy upgrade their stuff but i think it might be different as cs2 works on unity engine so you need probably unity to make the mods as the cars and stuff are way higher quality now. but hope for most that they will make a convert program to change it to Cs2 engine and then you can adjust the settings. Farming simulator has also such tool used in past.

@ExplosiveBadass TKS 😁 Yes, maybe It can be converted in a Comercial or Unique building with RICO. No Idea How to convert assets for CS2 yet.

pretty sick collection could you make this collection also as hotel function it would be pretty neat to use these with the hotel add-on DLC as hotels on beaches and stuff ?

@DBrum si, está bien 😊 Claro, el nivel de detalle es mucho, y además las placas esas te inflan los tris. Pero es normal. Es muy difícil poder reducir en este edificio los tris. 😘

@Pepopopo Muchas graciais! En comparación con los modelos vainilla y otros modelos del wokshop, no parecen pesados. 4.2 tris para un terreno de 8 tiles y 13 pisos es un promedio razonable, no?
