I played civ series since civ 1, 1978 I began my game journey. lol Peace and thanks for being a hardcore modder.
For now, I'm sorry that this isn't one of my priorities. The lack of good DLCs (not just content packs) that introduce meaningful gameplay towards the later eras demotivated me. This also includes the lack of moddability of certain aspects. No 3D models, no audio overlay to your own dialoges. One option might be to enable full Unity code modding support. Then again, this only partially addresses my concern because why should we create complex core gameplay features, like Tourism, better role-playing and more complex character relationships, etc.?
