[LVS] Rocket Bot

You need Team Fortress 2 Mounted or you're going to be missing textures and sounds.

When the SFM video featuring these guys came out way back in 2014, I really wanted to be able to play with the rocket bots myself. Since JustResort realized another one of those long-running dreams I had by breathing life into the Deadnaut, I've decided to do my part and bring the Rocket Bot to life so we can all have something to fight them with.

Three weapons: Twin-lasers, Minigun, and Railgun
