The Armoured Direwolf - Scarf and Backpacks Patch

Patch to make all the Direwolves added by ‘The Armoured Direwolf’ be able to use the Scarves and Iron Collar from ‘Dog Scarf’, the super awesome Bonedog Backpack from Mogwai’s ‘Bonedog Backpack’, and the special thief backpack from ‘Backpack Crafting Enhanced’.
