Cleans up and refits L4D1 animations for the Combat Shotgun / SPAS.

There's bound to be some issues early on, I've had to do a lot of learning in a short period of time to get this out. Please report any issues or nitpicks you have in the comments and I'll try to patch them up. This is only a taste of what's to come in the hopefully reasonably close future.

This is in no way designed to steal Vanyarin's thunder from their adorable animations. I've been working on these for a long time now, I'm just very slow.

Do with my stuff what you will, so long as you provide credit.
