Buildings Category Tweaks - Becky

Part of my mod series that tries to sort better the building menu.

*Moved several lights and blue lights to LIGHTS. Renamed their grouping convections to improve compatibility with other mods that add lights.
*Renamed building category GUTTER to 'FURNITURE - Gutters'.
*Renamed the grouping convection of all statues and furniture so it’s easier to sort.
*'Fabric Chest - Gutter' renamed to 'Storage: Small Crate' and moved to FURNITURE - Gutters.
