The Cemetery location doesnt have a decay timer, instead it gathers attention while used and after each use there is a chance it turns into its Notoriety producing version.

You are able to change your Temptation by Dreaming, or talking to Sulochana about it in the club. You are also able to regain it as long as you originally started the game as a Medium.

You can resummon King Crucible tho its not advised for spoiler reason..
