What started as a tool I wanted to make to help me make a library of post-processing textures, ended up being better-than-ever post-processing powerhouse! This is an extension of the Texturizer Post-Processing effect. Find it in your Utilities tab of your spawnmenu.

Features:

Make any vibe or ａｅｓｔｈｅｔｉｃ
Multiple random color algorithms available.
FULL CONTROL over every color with the built-in editor.
Amazing for making screenshots, wallpapers, scenes and more!
Purely LUA! Just one file! (plus a few icons for the GUI.)
2¹⁹² color combinations to choose from.

To use this addon: Utilities tab -> Phys' Tools -> Texture Lab

@Loaf, thanks! also every texture you generate is saved. Click "View Texture History" in the Utility menu to see them.

You can make any color palette with this add-on, including ones with just two overall colors.
