Left 4 Death Mutation

I might make the timers more forgiving because damn, it's kinda hard asfuc right now.

Hard Eight (and this) spawns up to 8 specials every 15 sec.
Left 2 Die spawns 4 specials every 30 sec.
Last Man on Earth spawns 2 specials every 60 seconds.

Currently I tried to balance it by allowing only 1 jockey and 1 hunter alive max whereas Hard Eight doesn't have any limits (L2D and Last Man don't have this issue because of the number of SI they spawn).
