But good luck trying to add such a body part to EVERY creature in the game, definitely would require more than just modding XML. The Qud Rides mod might still have a decent template (I say might since it is wildly out of date).
Edit: Actually, prolly not EVERY creature, since Oozes don't really have mouths... but basically every creature!
For simple teeth, they take up too much space (a whole slot for masks and glasses that you can put on your teeth without taking up the upper part of your face). This means that these teeth have a large base, in which you can add a cell slot, for example, under the chin in the middle of jaw or even at the back of the head.
