no the passenger won't get damaged by direct fire, check if there's a damage zone by flame or gas etc.

Just a little feedback, they seem very fragile. When hit by AT weaponry the entire crew seems to die but sometimes the vehicle remains unscathed, which is the exact opposite of what we've seen in their service - in Ukraine as of some time idk how accurate it is now not a single person had been killed whilst in a Bushmaster. I get that it's a commission so you may not come back to it, but the performance against AT weapons can hurt it a lot.

Passed by several dozen of these whilst in Brisbane! Also saw some lovely American assault ships which were there for an exercise, I was privileged enough to watch them arrive into port!
