Cultural Wonder Effects

This is a small mod, based on VIP, that adds more cultural influence bonuses to the Cultural Wonders. Considering how much influence has to be invested into claiming a wonder, it seems to be reasonable that a Cultural Wonder would generally give some cultural reward in return. Especially if you'd like to focus on building wonders, this mod is for you.

The following effects are changed:

• All wonders get a 20 Influence bonus.
  
• All wonders get an additional Influence bonus amounting to the population limit of its city.
  
• The Mausoleum At Halicarnassus adds 5 Influence per adjacent district (instead of 2).
  
• The Saint Basil's Cathedral adds 10 Influence per adjacent district (instead of 5).
  
• The Topkapi Palace adds 10 Influence per adjacent Makers Quarter (instead of 5).
  
• The Church of Our Lady Mary of Zion adds 10 Influence on religious districts in all cities (instead of 5).
  
• The Maracanã Stadium adds 20 Influence per adjacent Commons Quarter (instead of 8).
  
• The Palace of Versailles produces 5 Influence per adjacent Commons Quarter (instead of 2).
  
• The Santa Maria del Fiore adds 12 Influence per Territory with State Religion (instead of 10 in Vanilla or 7 in VIP).
  
• The Brussels Town Hall produces 20 Influence per adjacent District (instead of 10).

To balance the additional amount of Influence, the thresholds of Aesthete Stars has been updated, especially later stars are now more difficult to get.

The updated formulas are:

● Base: (1200 * (Variable.NbEra + 1) ^ 2.75 + 750) * 2 * Variable.GameSpeed
● Level 1: 600 * (Variable.NbEra + 1) ^ 2.5 * Variable.GameSpeed
● Level 2: 700 * (Variable.NbEra + 1) ^ 2.75 * Variable.GameSpeed
● Level 3: 800 * (Variable.NbEra + 1) ^ 2.75 * Variable.GameSpeed ^ 1.1

This mod only changes the ArtificialWondersDescriptor and RpnFameDefinition definitions, nothing else. This means most mods are compatible. VIP is required, only apply this mod after VIP (and its compatibility patches) in the mod order.
