Mk1212 Nicaea Overhaul

描述
Some credit goes to 大佬似雪 as i started this mod by tweaking his.
I found his overpowered so i scaled down most of the buffs.
I prefered buffings the buildings i wasnt using in campaign for finding them subpar.
Afterwards I:
- Added orthodox tribal building to all orthodox factions and gave it a raiding income boost.
Now you can increase your tribal population!
- Added all Byzantine special units to Nicaea rooster (from Epirus and Trebizond) Including the vasilevs untis.

To do:
-Change the shipyard line of building to a leased merchant colony line.
As navies arent implemented yet lets simulate the Italian merchant colonies in Romania with this line of building.
-Add good late game gunpowder units. Alt hist.
A restored Roman Empire would have taken full advantage of gunpowder
-Events for pentarchy and conquest of rome + dealing with the papacy

I havent played in a while but tell me if it needs to be updated to work in the new mk1212 update.
I believe i made sure to add everything to new tables last time i updated and it should still be working.
Shaddy, i dont remember but this mod doesnt change that.

I love the mod; great work. I do have a question though: what are the triggers for the Pentarchy and conquest of Rome events?

I saved Rome for last in the base game's list of provinces required to fulfill the Roman Empire. However, after owning Rome for ~30 turns, having a patriarchal seat at every pentarchy city: Rome, Constantinople, Antioch, Alexandria, and Jersualem, and all of them being vast majority Orthodox, I don't get an event or decision.

Is it because I'm the wrong tag? I was the Byzantine Empire. I clicked the decision to restore the Roman Empire. Are the events written for the Byzantine tag only? Or Nicea? Or did I just miss a trigger? Thanks.

The training grounds building allows recruitment of a T2 unit (Hippovardardiotai) in the early era.
