RL: No Hit/Kill Sounds Mutator

A small mutator that simply removes the sounds when you hit or kill anything.

-No Hit/Kill Sounds Mutato Mutator

Note:
-This mod does not mean I have returned to modding, I made this as I am helping out a friend building a titan for ravenfield and the kill/hit sounds actually annoyed me a little bit too much.
-This mod only disables the sound not the hitmarker nor the kill indicator. This allows you to still get some sort of feedback on your hits and kills.
