Experimental Upgrades for Buildable Units

This Mod is a replacement and enhancement to Stukovs School: Buildable Units Pack feat. GTS and Proving Grounds as i didn't like the PG being stuffed with a ton of additional projects.

It provides an Experimental Project that lets you spend one Elerium Core for a random Upgrade for Buildable Units from the awesome Mod by Kiruka Buildable Units (LWOTC compatible). This Upgrade you can put in the weapon of the unit. But beware ... Upgrades don't work on every Buildable Unit, so you may have an upgrade with not the right Unit in hand.

Can be added mid-campaign. Removing could probably lead to problems though.

Some Items need a Perk pack, if you don't run that Pack the respective mod shouldn't be available. So it shouldn't lead to any crashes. LW2 Perks Mod instead of Perks & Classes works as well.
