Helghast Ice Trooper - All Survivors

An Assault Helghast Ice Trooper model from Killzone 3 to replace all survivors, all survivors use Ellis' animations, work perfectly in online matches, all characters use the same model and use the same textures. The Helghast Ice Trooper comes with custom view model arms and custom VGUI, this was also another request by Fyrex.
