This addon is not complete, not intended for widespread use, and may disappear at a moments notice, but you're welcome to use it if you wish. If any of the original creators wish for me to make this private, I will.

This was made for Agent F.K, a friend of mine so his design of my character would look better. It's an effect that can be bonemerged to a TF2 Scout model.
