Tomes of the Chaos Gods

The first of a series of mods inspired by the Chaos Gods of Warhammer, but designed to be mostly lore and setting agnostic.

The first, the Tome of the Blood God focuses on the bleeding debuff, declaring war, and madness/berserk debuffs.

The current plan is to slowly expand this mod to encompass 5 or 6 tomes. 4 hybrid tier 3 tomes aligned with chaos and another affinity, a tier 2 chaos tome focused on ashlands provinces and warfare, and a tier 4 chaos tome focused on uniting the various aspects of the other tomes.

(We'll see if I get there, but this tome should function as a standalone tome just fine for now.)
