It's as the title says.

Through the use of RNG material proxies, you can now encounter CSGO's Medi-shot instead of the L4D2 Adrenaline. The texture will be randomized upon map load.

I've also made the alpha layer work instead of just relying on the flat_normal bumpmap.

This replaces the Adrenaline's texture and vmt.

Credits to Ellie for their RNG template.
