VFE - Empire Imperial Shuttles Carryalls

描述
Adds buildable Imperial Shuttles from VFE - Empire as carryalls. You will need techprints for them, you can get them by trading with the empire. The standard shuttle is a prerequisite for the armored one.

Imperial Shuttle
The standard shuttle that nobles use to travel around. Fast and fuel efficient.

Armored Imperial Shuttle
The shuttle the Imperial Brigade arrives in. Slower and consumes more fuel, but carries way more people. It has a double autocannon turret, it consumes fuel when fired.

Known issues
- Rotating the armored shuttle messes up the turret's positioning
- Blueprints for both shuttles are squished, I don't know what to do about this, if anyone has the solution, let me know!
