rp_hellscape + Improved Nodegraph

A version of rp_hellscape with an improved nodegraph called rp_hellscape_improved. Unfortunately, I could not simply make a nodegraph addon since the graph is packed with the map bsp. I plan to also pack the missing ep2 content eventually if I can figure that out and maybe make improvements to the map since the original creator was kind enough to provide a VMF. The improved nodegraph is still a work in progress, and due to node limitations, will likely never fully cover the map.
