Hey guys,

no real lore for this one to be honest, more like a esthetics thing that inspired me for this track. But anyway, welcome to the Marble GP of Libya.

I get a significant part of my ideas for these tracks from the videos of the YouTube channel "MarioPower55" ( https://youtube.com/@MarioPower55 ). The guy behind the channel regularly uploads compilations of community-created Mario Kart tracks for the entire series, so for all Mario Kart games in history. One of his recent videos featured a track that was built with a completely black surrounding. So it looked like the track is located in the middle of nothing. Even the track itself is fully blacked out, only the rims of the actual road are coloured in a bright neon light. This reminded me of the Libyan flag which is almost fully black with a green and a red stripe at the top/bottom.

And so this track was born.
