Auto Suit Delivery

This mod triggers delivery of a new suit to docks that have been without a suit for a time. This allows automatic restoring of docks where a duplicant has not returned the suit properly for some reason (such as because of dropping it, using a different checkpoint to return or leaving the planetoid).

Technically this should work the same as manually clicking 'Deliver Suit'. This will happen for docks that meet these conditions:

• The dock has been configured for delivery - 'Deliver Suit' has been clicked and other choices such as 'Undock Suit' have not been clicked since then.
  
• The dock does not already have a suit and it is not already marked for receiving a suit.
  
• The dock is not connected to a checkpoint with 'Clearance: Vacancy' (delivering there would block returning).
  
• The last time since a suit has been equipped from the dock is longer than a cycle (configurable).

(Basically: Build a dock, click 'Deliver Suit', it'll get a new suit delivered whenever there's no suit for more than a cycle as long as you don't click 'Undock Suit' or change clearance.)

Note that the feature depending on 'Deliver Suit' requires the mod to be active at the time of selecting the option. When adding the mod to an existing game it is recommended to select 'Undock Suit' and immediately 'Deliver Suit' for all relevant docks.
