Contain 1 sub-building, all texture files
Vanilla model: university
NO _c file, you can change the global opacity with the mod "paint"
DLC "Plazas and Promenades" required
no other version will be made on this asset
create your own version using the source files available on sketchfab

side note, I just found today that I can place a pedestrian road inside of a university area, was that common knowledge already?

This looks incredible, definitely gonna use this.
But maybe the reason some people are downvoting this is because it's called a High School Center here but functions as a University in game?
