Respawn System

Mechanics that adds spawn selection systems. All spawn points can be set in the config on the server. The point can be selected randomly, or randomly from the proposed option. You can also make separate respawn points for VIP players.

"text" is the name of the point that will be available to the player.
"posOnMap" is the point where the player's map will focus when selecting spawn
"RespawnPos" is an array of points where the player can spawn after selecting this point.
"SteamIDs" is a list of steam ids of VIP players for this point.
"IsVIP" is a flag that determines whether this point is spawn for VIP players.
"Sec Cooldown" This parameter is responsible for cooldown for spawn points. Measured in seconds.
"cooldownForVip " This parameter is responsible for whether cooldown will apply to VIP players. 0 = no, 1 = yes
"cooldownForRandom" This parameter is responsible for whether it is possible to spawn on disabled points when randomly selected. 0 = no, 1 = yes.
