using particles have a water warping effect in your movie!

all this does is spawn a plane with the effects\water_warp01.vmt applied
it warps and distorts anything viewed through the plane.

also the .vmt used is from hl2 I'm pretty sure it should come with sfm by default.

you are free to use for whatever
