Great Aviators

描述
This mod adds a new great person type, great aviators, with 18 new and unique great people!

Like great generals and great admirals, great aviators are primarily focused on providing bonuses for military units, in this case air units, anti air units, and some naval vessels. Great aviators do NOT grant a passive combat bonus to units within one tile of them. Great aviators are more expensive than a standard great person due to the power an air force can offer, but many technologies, civics, and buildings grant a small number of passive great person points, with aerodrome, spaceport, and policies providing a greater number of points.

ALSO I did some cursory research to find these historical figures, but if I failed to notice that any of them are egregious war criminals, leave a comment and I'll find somebody to replace them.

TO DO
- proper testing of combat bonuses (I'm crossing my fingers for these for now)
- district projects for great aviator points
- probably balance the cost and points granted because I kinda just went for it

COMPATIBLITY
- You need both major expansions and probably a good chunk of the dlc
- I introduced a few unique eras, each of which needs a unique chronology index, so fellow modders I have claimed 69420, 69421, 69422, and 69423. Try to give me a wide berth in case I need to add more.
- Some existing techs and civics have been modified to grant passive great aviator points after being researched. Any mods that remove techs/civics may be incompatible. I think it needs to be loaded AFTER 6T.

Seems like there's a problem with the cost of recruiting great people. Plus, the two AIs have hundreds of thousands of gold from abnormal sources. It seems to be related to the great aviator.

Unsure if this is from a mod conflict or a bug, but one of great aviators (thaddeus lowe) cost 202,325 great people points in my first game with this mod, which is super expensive

your mod has been translated by Junky into German and the translation is now part of the German translations for Civilization VI mods mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.

After Alberto Santos-Dumont is collected it says no more aviators are available, is this a common bug or because I have other mods?

I don't know at wich point it is too many aviators, but the French aviator and writter "Antoine de Saint Exupéry", notorious for being the author of the most traducted book after the bible, "Le Petit Prince" could have it's place with other great aviators.

I appreciate your efforts. Will try the mod. The aviators you selected are okay with me, but I would have included Chuck Yeager and Dumont for sure. But that's just my opinion and there's time for that to occur if things pan out otherwise with the mod.

It's funny that you don't include the first man to do public flight, in Paris, Alberto Santos Dumont.
