Hello! I've been practicing mapping in hammer and here's my first one.

There is Navmesh and AI nodes.

For a comfortable game, enter mat_specular 0 into the console.

Very nice map, only thing i would change it making the Car park accessible, its blocked by an invisible wall but you can walk on it if you noclip, would make the map a bit bigger and i think better

The map itself is very good for a first map, but you generated the navmesh wrong. It covers the entire map space, including under the map and all out of bounds areas. You need to separate the non-walkable space from the walkable space and make sure only the walkable space is marked as walkable when generating. The nodegraph also needs editing past just generating it. It's an un-optimized spaghetti mess right now.
