This addon allows you to put a map on the ground with current location or setting up a new one.
Press LMB doubleclick on a map in inventory for unfold.
Use these hotkeys for changing displayed location (you need to watch on the map):

Multiplayer:

If you are using cfgRemoteExec, you need to whitelist next function:

Dr_fnc_updateDisplay

You can use this addon as you want

Доброго дня! Вопрос, в том числе, применительно к Ground Map. DrSova, есть скрипт, отключающий местоположение техники на карте? Если отключить видимость позиции, то это работает на пехоту и БПЛА, но наземная или воздушная техника всегда отмечается на карте черным перекрестием. Заранее благодарю за ответ.

As an option maybe a 2 button press like CTRL or SHIFT with the current control scheme if thats easier.

Really great idea, just one issue for me is the unmappable keys. Be nice if you could move the map around while holding the interactive key and zoom in and out with the mouse wheel instead. Those current map keys are killers since they offer vital functions for something else.
