LTV-73 Plutus (Improved Stability, Skidd Steering, Fancy Rear Lights)

I edited Smokkis nifty, handy and cute LTV-73 Plutus.

I changed the lenght and position of the arms to reduce the excessive sway of the vehicle, it was way too front heavy. This reduced the reach by 3 blocks (1.5M), the change in reach is insignifficant compared to the stability gain.

And importantly i added Whip's Skid Steering Script by Whiplash141, which massively increases the agility and precision of the vehicle.

Oh yeah i added Realistic Rear Brake Lights by Windows Vista to make it more fancy and use the pretty red rear lights present.

I had to reshuffle the front lights becouse by shortening the arms i lost the manipulator mounted spotlights.
