VERY IMPORTANT: If you are having issues in coop, try having everyone load into a solo game before starting a coop match.



After more than a year of additional development, Project Viking has returned revamped and rebranded! Enjoy a rebalanced experience with new and returning content!

Note: This project is now completely offline. There is absolutely no server integration. Features like the rotating daily rewards and limited-time events have been integrated in an offline environment.

Additionally, copyrighted music is used at various points of the main quest and during Chaos Mode/Zombie King. All of it can be disabled using the music slider in the game's options.


Director's Cut:
Complete the Main Quest to unlock access to old and new game modifiers!

Pack-a-Punch Camo Tables:
Each weapon now features a unique, hand-picked list of possible camos that might appear as the PAP camo. Re-packing pulls another random camo.

A New Wonder Weapon Quest:
Pulled from the Chaos storyline, players can now complete a quest to earn the
final upgrade of a new wonder weapon.

3 Unique Modes (Classic, Chaos & Zombie King) Gamemodes Tab: Unlocked by default, features Random Loadout and Gun Game Solo-Friendly Main Quest with a Multi-Stage Boss Fight Save Game System: For crashes, retrying the boss fight, etc., select "Restore Game" within the in-game menu Massive Arsenal Spanning World at War - Vanguard Several Wonder Weapons: Including a custom weapon based on the old Project Viking's Ice Laser Return of the Micro-Missile Launcher Complete Weapon Overhaul: Massive buffs to all aspects of new and returning weapons MOTD-style Afterlife System Origins-style Shovel System Extensive List of Earnable Killstreaks Unique "Far Cry" Healing System An unholy amount of stock and custom PAP camos Trade weapons, points, perks, etc., with other players by walking up to them and following the prompts Redone Fridge System (No more losing a weapon!) *Bugs that are known and deemed unfixable*
-Coop loading map crashes (*The FIX* please have *Everyone* launch the map on solo first and finish round 1 then join your coop lobby host). This bug has been deemed unfixable because it is a unfortuntate limitation of the game engine and the custom scripts.

-Certain left hand animations can be a little glitchy.

Is it possible to find the save file and move it to make multiple saves? I wanna play the map with friends but I have a round 73 save I wanna keep

lots of cool features and add ons with great graphics. first map ive ever said that has too much going on at once.

Man, I want to thank you for creating such a great map because no challenge stood like this one. Great map, great weapons, great animations, great skills and of course, best bossfight. Not even Treyarch can do such thing. I'm so proud of playing the map. Video soon.

Easter egg is literally impossible cuz of how broken and buggy the map is, even if you abuse the saves. Would be nice if the paralyzer didn't decide to break and stop working completely

does this only work on singleplayer? it just crashes and only the host loads in everytime.

Love the map. Takes a long time to figure out the stipulations of everything. It is the most satisfying map to beat, The Boss fight is hard, the paralyzer, ray gun x, makes it a lot easier to complete. Along with gersch devices. Take your time to learn the map, you are not going to complete the EE in the first 10 tries. 10/10, even though I still die by BS.

So what is the last chaos theory step?
1st you upgrade to the chaos theory
2nd you match the 4 symbols with the right color (you find the symbols around the map)
3rd 150 kills with chaos theory
4th get boss kills
5th get kills with the Dg-4 or One inch punch
after that it plays the completion sound, but then noting happens. I've even went to the phd pack a punch, but nothing
so does anyone knows how to get the upgraded chaos theory?
