Made after a Bionic joey's idea:

"Laws give political power bonuses to pops based on their job rather than to the IGs directly. This makes the political system feel more dynamic and less gamey, since laws don't typically affect people based on their ideology, but rather based on their social status."

* Monarchy empowers aristocrats instead of landowners
* Council republic empowers machinists and laborers instead of trade unions
* Theocracy and State Religion empowers clergymen instead of devouts
* Religious schools gives devout attraction rather than devout power
* For now, private schools no longer empowers intelligenstia, it is by itself a strong buff to them
