TTC Compliant

Tied the wild cav to the mournfang caps.
ironguts to the irongut caps.
Rocketspitters to the leadbelchers.

Hello how to recruit ranged units that use rockets, there are no buildings in the SFO to recruit them

@charlesklimper seems like its just a recruitment building issue from what people were posting in singes comments. Ill see if I can fix it.

Just thought I'd post that the new Ironguts don't seem to match with the basic one anymore? They don't get Immune to Flanking or disciplined. They also get 10 less armor. If these changes are purposeful you can just ignore me, thank you for your time.

Nearly missed that ironfist units in SFO deal up to 25% extra dmg to low health units, unsure how this is calculated so this may need some more work.
And rocketspitters have 750 more health than leadbelchers.

One last thing before i stfu, the rocketspitters might have too high armourpiercing as they outperform leadbelchers in more or less all situations
