Add Ogre Mercenaries for Reikland

Cautiously entering the Ogre mercenaries' camp, you realise it is not just a single Ogre tribe that have arrived, but three separate Tyrants marching their armies as one. Furthermore, it appears that each tribe has its own combat preference- the likely reason they have grouped together. A reasonable bribe should be enough to convince one of the three Tyrants to lend you some of his tribe's considerable fat-laden muscle.

Karl Franz wins a contract with the Mercenaries and demonstrates his excellent negotiating skills, which allows him to get more troops to support his army.

The aim this time is to reinforce Karl Franz, and his image as a leader and negotiator.Army limit is 3.

If you only want Ogre to appear in all empire factions, you can refer to other creators' MOD.
