Simplified Manul Pickup System

simplified and reworked version of my another manual pick up mod

that ones requires players to directly aim at it, but this one uses gmod's basic pick up range, and more simple code
For anyone who might want the original, direct aim required mod, This version is separately uploaded

but both have some problem
non-vmanip one is not compatible with weapon replacer
vmanip one doesnt work with swep which doesnt support vmanip(or when having nothing at all)
also it breaks when mapchange

so this is the mixed and fixed version

compatible with Weapon Replacer


and also doesn't break when map change

Convars :
cl_entityhalo - if enabled there will be halo around the weapon and items around the player, but costs performance
cl_entityhalo_distance - how far the halo would be drawn, the bigger amount means more performance cost

sv_manualpickup (default 1) - to toggle this mod
sv_manualpickup_disablehold (default 1) - to disable holding(not acutally obtaining but carrying) items(only entities) when the player doesnt have full ammo or health or armor, this should prevent ArcCW from getting bugged, but reduces the range the player could obtain entities.
