replaces tech x with some ltg stuff n things

!!WARNING!! - if you have the animated item pedestals mod (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2570913695) it will take priority over the ltg item pedestal, no this wont do anything drastic like crash your game (god forbid) but it will stop the ltg pedestal from showing :(

i made this mod with no prior experience with modding any ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game at all and a lot of guessing, will (maybe) work out the problem with thingies not doing thingies right later, as of posting i havent tested it like at all so theres probably a ♥♥♥♥ ton of problems idk about

hmu if theres an issue with it, i probably wont fix it but its good to know
