Skip Civil Wars (Universal)

描述
This mod gives you an event to skip boringly easy/self-sabotaging/long/repetitive civil wars by deleting the enemies units and giving you their states, making them capitulate immediately.

The code should work with any civil war including modded, but it might not load if the other mod overrides folders this one uses.

As for American and Spanish Civil Wars, the reason this Mod doesn't work is because the Game doesn't treat them like "actual" civil wars. Capitulating them too fast will either result in a Game Crash, in the Mod just doing nothing (so no skip), or just you win the CW but some States will join a glitchy Nation after.

I think @marijin211 should update his Mod so the Event won't trigger for these Nations. The Mod just won't work and it's unfixable due to it being a Pdx Issue.

In american civil war each state join after some time so if i use skip on the start i will "win" the civil war (shows that democratic usa capitulated) but states still join after some time and war continues

12 days is quite a while, why is it an issue?
@killroy I tried out some things to make it work, but its more finicky than I thought
