Bots Use Tier 3 Weapons

Allows the bots to use the Grenade Launcher, M60, and sometimes chainsaw.

They'll see these weapons all as tier 2's so they won't prioritize them over the regular T2 weapons, but will use them like any other.

They also treat the Grenade Launcher as a Sniper Rifle, and will switch to their secondary when infected get too close, this is to prevent them blowing up the whole team on Expert. It's not a flawless fix, but it helps.

The chainsaw is a bit wierd, but it's usable, The Bots cannot normally pick up the chainsaw, even while it's viewed as a melee weapon. I could have them view it as a pistol, but that would not only have them waste it's fuel outside of it's effective range, but also allow all players to use it while Incapped, which is pretty OP. To have a bot use the chainsaw, switch into them, pick it up, and switch back to the character of your liking. Now they'll use it just fine.

Make sure you have the max melee command set for the bots, or else they'll just drop it for a pistol, the chainsaw is counted as a normal melee, and follows the same rules as the guns, they'll use it, but it doesn't have priority.
