Centered Vanilla Progress Bar

描述
A tweaked version of the default/vanilla progress bar. The text and subtext are also slightly smaller so that it's less intrusive.

NOTE:
  • The background texture is custom-made, so texture mods that replace it will not work, however, texture mods for the progress bar will work.

CREDITS:
  • Valve - Original UI texture
  • Me - UI editing, default texture editing

I fully support & encourage edits of my mods. If you decide to upload your edit to the workshop or anywhere else, you are free to do so without needing to ask first, however please make sure that you credit me appropriately for the original work as well as any other authors that have contributed to the mod and provide a link to the mod that your edit is based on.

OH this is interesting OoO/ i was just wondering today if UI could be moved, you could make tons of mods like this, may i ask? how could i go about positioning the progress bar and the MED PACK HEALING bar? its allways in the way of my wifu wen i heal some one id like to push it up ^^^^^^ :health:
