More Commons (User Request)

Hi folks

As I've been getting a lot of requests to do custom versions of these and it is getting a bit out of hand, I've put up a fairly simple tutorial to create your own, and I won't be taking any more requests, sorry, I just don't have the time to keep following through on all of them.

I appreciate people's enjoyment of my mods and want to make it clear this is aimed at no one user, this comment will be posted on all of my current mods so people see it. Try it out and have some fun, it's actually pretty easy to do!

Unfortunately it appears as if the last stand update has somewhat screwed with the way he spawns, the only way I was able to get it to work reliably was to make it so that Jimmy spawns across all campaigns.

I have some mods on my workshop that will allow that to happen, otherwise unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to do anything further. This mod makes all the uncommons spawn on every campaign, including Jimmy. Otherwise there are some others on my workshop. Sorry I couldn't get a better result.

It is possible to edit the script to up the chances of him appearing without otherwise altering the way the population is handled by the game, but as the game just handles him as a common infected increasing the chances of him appearing also makes it more likely that he'll appear more than once, and I'm not sure how to get around that. I can make that edit if you wish, but as he has 1000 health having multiples of him spawning could make the finale a lot harder.

Heyo! Hope I am not bothering you or anything, but do you think that you could make a mod that makes it to where Jimmy Gibbs will always spawn anytime the Dead Center campaign is played?

can you make a version of common zombie population is unchanged, and the only differences are increased riot police?

If you want one with no survivors, look at the 'lone survivor' mods. These scripts only alter infected populations.

Afraid it might be a while, my NVME containing the game just decided to die, so I won't be able to do any modding until i've been able to replace it.
