Dumb Fart Mod (!fart chat command)

just type "!fart" in chat (or bind a key to "say !fart")
you can also just type "fart" in console, or bind a key or whatever

SERVER CONVARS:
fart_ignite 1/0 | If enabled, farts will explode when they touch fire or explosions
fart_cooldown | a cooldown between farts in seconds - no matter what you set this to the command is also limited by the chat cooldown
fart_lifetime | amount of time before farts dissipate into the air - a value of 0 will just play the sound, and a low value of like 0.1 will just mimic the original functionality of just spawning a short-lived cloud
fart_wind 1/0 | if enabled, farts can push prop_phys
fart_wind_force <num> | push force of the aforementioned fart wind

CLIENT CONVARS:
fart_disable 1/0 | If someone on your server REALLY doesn't like farts, have them set this to 1.


(EXPERIMENTAL) fart_triggerpushvols 1/0 | forces trigger_push volumes to affect the farts even if they only push clients, like the vents in ttt_dolls (off by default)

farting underwater creates a bubble that will float up and out before popping (try it on a Spongebob-themed map for an easter egg)
